The prospect of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, calls for premium prices that luxury property buyers are happy to pay. Located in the far east of Guanajuato, about 270 miles from Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende is a popular retirement location for Americans. These expats move for a mild climate, five-star restaurants, accessible art and culture, baroque / neoclassical colonial architecture, and reasonable cost of living. History and culture are deeply rooted in San Miguel de Allende; UNESCO recognizes part of the old colonial city as a prestigious world cultural heritage.

San Miguel de Allende is known for a sight. “All views are about seeing the Parroquia,” notes Lown. Soaring Parroquia de San Miquel Arcangel is the pink neo-Gothic church from the 17th century with soaring spiers. You will see it in all the travel reports and videos that explore the city. There are even great views from the living room sofa,” Lown said.

If you are considering a property because you love the view, you need to research what is below and next to you, ”advises Lown. “Your gaze, which you thought was always there, can easily disappear under or even next to you when you are building a new building.” Lown points to all prospects in the Casa del Sol as eternal prospects. “For many buyers, San Miguel is their happy place. They love having homes with these wonderful views. Casa del Sol will have them forever, as nothing is built under or next to them to obstruct the view.”

Other properties with the in-demand Parroquia views include the five bedroom Casa Barranca. It’s on the market for $ 2,600,000.
